・The minimum group size is 20 people. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum group size, the trip will be canceled and an email notification of cancellation will be sent 3 days before departure (full refund is available).

・Adjust the dispatch of cars and tours according to the number of people. If there are a small number of people in the tour, the driver and tour leader will serve. Japanese and Chinese are available. If there are passengers with other languages, they may use translation software to communicate. It is not possible to configure a foreign language tour leader or translator. Please be advised that we are traveling with you.

・Please note that in principle, odd-numbered groups will share seats on the bus.

・Children under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat (please bring your passport and confirm your actual age) can join the tour for free, but meals, sightseeing boats, cable cars, etc. are not included and need to be paid for at your own expense.

・One adult can bring a child under 3 years old to ride the cable car for free.

・Passengers who choose a foreign language may use translation software to communicate. Please note that it is not possible to arrange a foreign language tour leader or translator to accompany you.

・Starting from the meeting point, a tour guide will accompany the tour, provide foreign language information, and inform passengers of important matters such as the meeting time and location in the language of their choice. However, we do not provide attraction introduction services. Please be informed.

・During a group itinerary, it is not possible to leave the group early or midway. If you leave the group midway, you will be deemed to have automatically given up the unfinished itinerary, and no additional refund will be given. Please understand.

• The size of the car used in the one-day tour may be adjusted depending on the number of people or conditions on the day, so please be informed.

• If you are carrying large luggage (only one piece per person) and stroller, please indicate it in the remarks column.

• Infants aged 0 to 2 years old can participate in the tour for free, as long as they do not occupy a separate seat and do not need to eat. If you are traveling with someone, please let us know in the "Remarks" column.

• Restricted by Japanese law, only licensed tour guides can introduce itineraries and attractions. Therefore, the tour leader of this itinerary can only provide an explanation of the activity process and precautions. The introduction of each tourist attraction will be stated in the travel brochure provided on the day of departure.

• People with reduced mobility and wheelchair users can participate, but must be accompanied by a paying adult.

• In case of bad weather, the trip will be canceled. We will notify you via email before 3:00 PM the day before the trip and arrange for you to reschedule or give you a full refund.

• Please take the initiative to show the name and number on the voucher to assist the staff for confirmation on the day.

• Please arrive at the departure point 20 minutes in advance to wait for the bus to avoid missing the boarding time. The bus will leave as soon as the time is up. No waiting will be done after the time limit.

• Staff will greet you at the boarding location holding an "OrengeBus" sign.

• Failure to register without any notice on the day will be deemed as non-participation without reason.

• All buses have reserved seats, and seat numbers will be announced on the day.
