Waerebo is a remote and mysterious traditional village in Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara. Wae Rebo is one of the cultural tourism destinations in Manggarai Regency.1 Located at an altitude of 1,200 meters above sea level. In this village there are only 7 main houses or what are called Mbaru Niang. Wae Rebo was declared by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage in August 2012, setting aside 42 other countries.2 Wae itself in Manggarai language means “water”. Waerebo writing uses 1 word and does not use spaces like what the media writes. Waerebo village itself is 1200 years old and has entered its 20th generation. Where 1 generation is 60 years old.
