The duration takes to complete is depending on the level of complexity of your design. Normally it takes 5-6 hours to finish.

Please send us the design for tufting (with your booking number) 24 hours before your appointment via WhatsApp at 6011-26124505 or email us at tuftoclock@gmail.com.
1. Overtime Charges
We provide 5 hours for each session, if you couldn't complete on time, we have 2 options for you:-
Our team member to complete the artwork for you with an additional charges of RM50; or
You continue to complete your artwork with an additional charges of RM30 per hour.
2. Reschedule
- Rescheduling may be made once to a date within 2 weeks from the original appointment date, at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
- Reschedule in less than 24 hours will incurred a late rescheduling fees of RM30/pax. Reschedule slots are subject to availability.
- We do not offer refunds after payment confirmation. No-shows will be considered as slots used.
