购买须知摘要
After tufting, we will need to do the finishing, it will be ready for collection within 2 weeks. You may self collect it or request for postage at RM10 once ready.
Please send us the design for tufting (with your booking number) 24 hours before your appointment via WhatsApp at 6011-26124505 or email us at tuftoclock@gmail.com.
1. Overtime Charges We provide 5 hours for each session, if you couldn't complete on time, we have 2 options for you:-
- Our team member to complete the artwork for you with an additional charges of RM50; or
- You continue to complete your artwork with an additional charges of RM30 per hour.
2. Reschedule
Rescheduling may be made once to a date within 2 weeks from the original appointment date, at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time.
Reschedule in less than 24 hours will incurred a late rescheduling fees of RM30/pax. Reschedule slots are subject to availability.
We do not offer refunds after payment confirmation. No-shows will be considered as slots used.
